This week, I had the opportunity to spend time in the Coachella Valley and visit Joshua Tree National Park—a place I’ve always wanted to explore. The park is fascinating, transitioning from the Colorado Desert to the Mojave Desert, each with its own unique flora and fauna. I hiked to Mastodon Peak and visited the Cholla Cactus Garden, where the cacti reminded me of coral. It was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it. I hope to return one day to explore more of the northern part of the park, which I unfortunately had to miss due to time constraints.
